Standard is shown in the photo and is 10 inches tall.  Comes in a variety of colors.  Color of doll has no correlation to race or skin color.  Comes with pins and instructions.

Deluxe voodoo doll is 12 inches tall.  Comes in a variety of colors.  Color of doll has no correlation to race or skin color.  This doll is anatomically correct and comes with a "shriveling Manhood" option where you pull a string and his penis shrinks.  Comes with a wooden mallet, pins and instructions.
